Tracey at Ajar Of has been making jams, marmalades, chutneys and other condiments for over five years, ever since she made her first batch of blueberry thrill jam and aubergine chutney.

Inspired by the Dorset surroundings and nature, she uses locally grown produce wherever possible.

Tracey prides herself on the quality, integrity and originality of her products and has won recognition from Great Taste.

Her range of fine handmade preserves; chutneys, jams, marmalades and sauces have been made with great care and attention to detail in the heart of the Dorset countryside.

All products contain no preservatives, colouring’s or any other unnatural stuff, they are all made using authentic recipes from her travels or imagination!
