Back in 2016 Dorset Spice Shed first created their Everyday Umami blend. Their own invented blend of sea salt with herbs and spices that makes so many things taste so much better. People loved it so much they put it in big tins to keep on the kitchen worktop to use everyday. Since then they’ve added Moroccan spiced salt, hot Jurassic Inferno chilli salt and hickory-smokey, chipotle-spicy WoodFire seasoning blend to add the flavour of campfire food to things you cook – indoors!
